B. Any Seller who registers for the Home sale package 2 The Ranch - $389 will be billed a one-time flat fee of $ 389.00. The term of this is until you sell. That is right your listing will stay on the website until it sells. The program entitles the Seller to list on the ForSellByowner.com website and be entitled to a Listing with a private Broker in your area for 1/2% - 1% on the listing side. If by any reason you decide not to go with a broker as agreed upon when you selected your purchase and you have loaded your info already into the site of ForSellByowner.com website and your site has been set live or running live, we have completed our job. When you sign up, you receive a listing number with an ID. This is everything you need to complete the process. We will not be responsible for loading it for you or filling out the form on the site. Therefore once the Listing number and password have been issued, we have completed our contract. Therefore, there will be no refunds. The rest is up to your pricing and sales abilities once clients call. There are two sites you're getting with this option, you still will have the use of the site of ForSellByowner.com with your profile no matter what. If you decide against the MLS Listing option we cannot offer refunds when you have uploaded your profile and activated it. This is recorded time and Date logged into our system. Therefore we keep all evidence for having done so. As for the MLS side, whatever you agree to put on the buyer¡¯s broker side is up to you. The Seller is responsible for notifying ForSellByowner.com of the sale of the property and to remove the listing from the web site. We pay for server space in addition to rotating you on the featured section of the website. Therefore there cannot be any refunds provided. Once you have created a profile on the system and it has been activated for others to see your profile and service has been completed. We will not provide any refunds for service rendered.

Any Seller who registers for the plans With an MLS Listing will be billed a one-time flat fee of $ $389.00, $515.00, $715.00 Which entitles the Seller to maintain the property listing until sold on the website and the Seller will have his property listed on an available local multiple listing service until sold accessible by real estate brokers in the area. If you register for the MLS Service, you acknowledge that the ForSellByowner.com web site listing and MLS listing are sold separately. MLS Listing applications must be submitted promptly after receipt. MLS cancellation is between you and the Broker of which you are working with. ForSellByowner.com is a licensed real estate broker. However All listings are handled by a local Real Estate Agent in your area who act as independent contractors. All MLS listings require a buyer's agency commission if a real estate broker assists you to find a buyer. This is not a solicitation for a listing broker if your property is already listed with a broker. Residents may be subject to a 1/2% - 1% MLS surcharge at close of escrow. All ForSellByowner.com customers are responsible for correctly completing all paperwork necessary and applicable to their local Multiple Listing Services prior to their ad becoming viewable in their local MLS. There may be a delay (usually 2 to 4 business days) in the activation of the MLS Listing. Please consult the listing broker in your area for further details. In addition, the Seller can elect to go with the Sign of the Listing Brokers. We will provide you with either option but please work that out with your local agent representing your property. Canceling your ad is simple, Click on your listing and enter your listing number and password then click the button entitled "Login," this will bring you to your ad, and if you scroll down the page you will see a button entitled "Cancel ad." Clicking the "Cancel ad" button will cancel your listing instantly. Cancellation of an internet listing has no effect on a Publication listing (see below).
